A Switching Layout in HO - Part III

Every day more and more of Chris's original vision is lost as more and more of mine is gained.  I was however able to salvage all of his roadbed/track work as one piece (other than where I am changing the gauge from Code 40 to Code 100, in that case the rail and roadbed will be used separately)  After getting a little carried away at yesterday's switch building clinic in Summerside I decided to use my extra switch to incorporate a public siding at the right end of the layout as indicated on the updated map below.

Although not all the rail is laid, you can see how the runaround track will work:




Here is a view of that Public Siding, made mostly from roadbed salvaged from where the new left hand switch is located
